HI, I’M SHERI

I'm Sheri, the founder and CEO of Avenue M Group.

My journey began with a passion for understanding what drives people to connect with brands and missions, leading me to create a research and consulting agency that combines big-agency expertise with personalized service.

Through my work leading Avenue M, I have collected over one million data points across many industries, including accounting, healthcare, education, engineering, financial services, hospitality, legal, manufacturing, real estate, and technology.

As a seasoned speaker, I've delivered over 300 keynotes and workshops worldwide, sharing insights from the research I’ve collected and the organizations I’ve helped innovate and grow.

I've penned three best-selling books, including Pivot Point: Reshaping Your Business When It Matters Most, guiding organizations to adapt to dynamic environments. My creative side also shines through award-winning wildlife photography, capturing moments from polar bears in the Arctic to elephants in Zambia.

Outside of work, I'm an avid marathoner, having completed 18 races, including three Boston Marathons. I've coached with Girls on the Run and was honored as the Chicago Area Runners Association's Marathon Coach of the Year. I'm also committed to philanthropy, raising thousands for pancreatic cancer research and serving in numerous volunteer leadership positions, including on the American Society of Association Executives Board of Directors.
